WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

We make your entire experience with us seamless – starting with the booking process. If you know the type of session you prefer, the easiest way is to simply go to BOOK YOUR SESSION on our site. You will select your date and time of your session, and then get a booking confirmation to verify that you’re all set!

Our studio is located at 112 South Patrick Street, 2nd Floor in Alexandria, Virginia, There is metered parking on South Patrick and King Street.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO PAY? CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM PACKAGE?

Our rates and session options for our session are here. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, contact us and we’ll quote you a price.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU? 

Whether you book weeks or an hour prior to your session, your experience will always be the same. We recommend that you book us at least 1-2 weeks in advance if you need a branding photo session. Of course, if you have a rush deadline, please feel free to email us so we can see if there’s a way to work you into our schedule.

I HATE HAVING MY PHOTO TAKEN! 

No problem! Many of our clients dislike being in front of a camera. Whether it’s body shyness, the misbelief that they’re unphotogenic, or even the confusion about what to wear or how to pose —This feeling is totally normal, and we will answer any questions and coach you to alleviate your anxieties or issues that you may have prior to stepping in front of the camera. Our goal is for you to walk out of our studio knowing that you’ve taken one of the best photos of your life!

I WEAR GLASSES. WILL GLARE BE AN ISSUE? 

Not at all. We will alleviate any glare – whether at the time of your session or in post-production.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON THE DAY OF MY HEADSHOT SESSION?

First of all, we are in a great location in the Old Town area of Alexandria, Virginia. We will personally greet you once you step into our building. We will have a brief chat to manage each other’s expectations prior to stepping into our studio. Once you step in front of the camera, we will coach you to the “look” that you are seeking for your audience. With the gift of instant gratification, you will be about to view your images on a 17-inch monitor to ensure that we are going in the right direction of the look that you’re seeking. At the end of your session, you will select the photo(s) that you are drawn to the most.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES AFTER MY SESSION?

In most cases, we will deliver your finished images within 24 hours or less. For branding and lifestyle imagery, we will deliver within a week. 

CAN I RECEIVE MY RETOUCHED IMAGES ON THE SAME DAY OF MY SESSION? 

In most cases, we can turn your photos around within 4 hours for an additional $75. If you need them sooner, let us know and we’ll quote a price.

DO YOU ONLY TAKE HEADSHOTS?

Definitely not. As a personal branding & lifestyle photography company, we can create custom photos for your blog, website and family photos.
